The League of Milwaukee Artists is seeking submissions from artists for our upcoming members' Spring exhibition, Becoming: Transformation & growth mirrored in nature, at Impressions.
Artists are encouraged to submit artwork consistent with the theme.
Maximum size is 24” W x 36” H with no 3D sculptures.
Please, family-friendly & non-controversial work.
You can submit up to 2 entries for consideration.
50 pieces will be selected for the show.

Submission Deadline: Feb 15
Selections Announced via email: Feb 20
Delivery of Artwork: Monday, March 2nd, and Tuesday March 3rd from 10 am until 2 pm
Exhibition Dates: March 6 - May 3
Opening Reception Date: Friday, March 6th, from 4 to 8
Pick up artwork: Monday, May 4th, and Tuesday, May 5th, from 10 until noon

- Non-members of Impressions will receive 55% of the sale price, and Impressions receives 45% commission. If you are interested in becoming a member at Impressions please contact them at impressionsgalleryatblueharbor@gmail.com
- Sales Tax is handled by Impressions
- Artists are paid the first week of the month following the close of the show.
ARTWORK GUIDELINES
- All 2D artwork must be framed (or properly finished if gallery-wrapped) and wired, with no saw-tooth hangers.
- No work should protrude more than 3” from the wall when hung for safety reasons.
- Please adhere a label on the back of each piece that includes your name, title, medium, size, phone, email, and selling price.
AWARDS
The awards ceremony for the show will be held by LMA as part of the opening reception.
- Best of Show – $150.00
- First Place – $100.00
- Second Place – $75.00
- Third Place – $50.00
- Honorable Mention – $25.00
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Use the LMA website for submissions under the Members Tab> Call for Art.
- Images of artwork must be JPG or JPEG files with only the work's title in the file name. Example: "titleofartwork.jpg." When naming the submitted file, please omit "The" or similar words from the beginning of the title.
- There is no need to include your name in the file name; it comes attached to your application.
- The maximum total for all uploads together cannot exceed 15 MB.
